The story
When this 1916 house ran as a bed-and-breakfast, its owners and guests described a former owner's apparition moving from room to room, cold spots, and the patter of small, cat-like feet racing up the stairs. Car alarms were said to go off in the early morning hours in a parking area built over the home's original sitting room, where a drifting 'cloud' had reportedly been seen before it was torn down.
