The story

Built in 1898 for mining magnate Patsy Clark in Browne's Addition, the mansion is said to be haunted by his wife Mary on the upper floors. Workers from its restaurant years reported thrown wine bottles, voices and cold spots in the basement, and later occupants describe toilets flushing and a piano playing by itself.
