The story

Built in 1925 for the Woman's Century Club and later run for decades as the Harvard Exit theater, the building is tied to club ghosts, including former mayor Bertha Landes. People have seen women in turn-of-the-century dress in the halls, and a manager once found the fireplace lit and chairs drawn into a circle.
