The story

The Carytown movie palace's longest-running story involves Robert Coulter, its manager for decades, seen as a tall man in a gray suit drifting through the balcony and aisles. Investigators in 2012 also reported a young female presence near the women's restroom that staff now call the Laughing Girl.
