The story
When this 1851 house ran as a bistro, staff repeatedly saw a woman in old-fashioned dress, large hat and fancy shoes walk in the front door and disappear, her face never visible. The house served as a hospital in the Civil War and the 1867 yellow fever epidemic, which some link to her.
