The story
Staff describe unexplained noises and the sense of company near the old holding cells in the basement. From outside, people report a shadowy figure, sometimes a hat-wearing cowboy, looking down from the tower windows, and one tradition links it to John B. Denton, whose remains were reburied on the lawn.
