The story

The building's signature ghost is Sarah, a girl of about eight to ten said to watch shows from the left balcony, where a seat is reportedly kept for her. People describe a translucent figure, odd lights and shadows there, plus children's laughter in the upper rows and dragging sounds on the stage.
