The story
This dark 1874 Victorian with its tower is a fixture of the Jim Thorpe ghost tour, where guides tie the activity to the Packer family and its early deaths. Guests describe footsteps in empty halls, sudden chills and doors opening or closing with no draft, impressions more than full apparitions.
