The story
This is Chillicothe's version of the Ohio crybaby tunnel: visitors say they hear an infant crying inside at night, an echoing sound that's hard to pin down and sometimes stops all at once. Other accounts mention cold spots in the passage and a faint red glow at the far end after dark.
