The story
Ghost reports at this historical-society house go back to 1955. The three most repeated: a chair in the Alexander Room that rocks on its own, female figures on the main staircase that staff connect to former residents Grace Perkins or Martha Alexander, and a scent of baby powder that turns up in rooms with no obvious source.
