The story
Billed as Ohio's oldest theater, the Majestic is said to have served as a makeshift morgue during the 1918 flu epidemic, and the back dressing rooms where bodies were reportedly kept are where a child's figure is most often seen. In the auditorium, people describe a man in a top hat and formal clothes walking the aisles and then disappearing.
