The story
The local legend says two teenagers killed in a car crash near the park still walk its paths around 2 a.m., calling out for their parents. No names, accident or newspaper report have ever been tied to the story, which lives on as Staten Island urban folklore told only about the park at night.
Visitors. Open to the public (free NYC park).
