The story
The best-known ghost at this 1825 stone tavern is the Lady in Green, or Beatrice, said to be a former resident whose green Victorian gown turned up in the attic; she appears on the stairs and in the ladies' room. Other accounts include a horse and rider and a soldier in a red coat.
