The story
The Onondaga Historical Association's long-running Ghostwalk tours tell of 'The Hermit,' a man said to have died of a broken heart, who is seen wandering the older sections near the Haggerty Lion monument. The lion itself was carved by a surviving brother in memory of a 14-year-old killed in a 1974 car crash.
