The story
Most of the stories here gather around the Vanderbilt mausoleum, closed to outsiders since a young woman was crushed by its heavy iron gate in 1967. Witnesses describe a glow by the gate shaped like a woman with long hair, and a man in a gray suit, said to be Cornelius Vanderbilt, who supposedly chases off visitors who come bearing flowers.
