The story
Staff at the 1750s fort site tell of 'the Limper', named for the uneven footsteps heard in a lower corridor where an amputee's skeleton was dug up in the 1950s. Visitors also report voices and crying in the casemate where prisoners were held, and the museum now runs paranormal events.
Visitors. Open to the public (museum; admission charged; ghost tours).
