The story
The Stonehouse here was home to Laura Duchesnay until her death in 1933, and once it became a restaurant, staff began hearing a sneeze or cough from nowhere, a child laughing and seeing a dark shadow in the corridor. The strangest report is of chirping and fluttering wings with no birds present, which locals connect to the canaries and injured birds Laura cared for.
