The story
Costumed interpreters at the 1780 fort have reported musket fire and shouting inside the walls when no demonstration is underway. Others describe small children, linked to typhoid deaths at the fort in the late 1800s, seen around its oldest building, where staff find toys and small objects moved from their displays.
