This Fells Point bar's signature story involves Jeff Knapp, a colorful longtime bartender. A local ghost-tour owner says she spent an afternoon chatting with a tall, distinguished bartender and bought a T-shirt from him, only to learn later that the man she described was Knapp, who had died years earlier.
