The story
The owners of this 1897 Victorian describe voices with no source, footsteps on the stairs when the upper floor is empty, and apparitions in several rooms. The presence most linked to the house is Theodora Hunt, a girl from the neighborhood who died in 1904 after falling from an upstairs window, and she's described as playful rather than frightening.
