The story
Founder J. Graham Brown lived in his 1923 hotel until his death in 1969, and guests and staff describe a man in an old-fashioned tuxedo who fades away in the lobby or mezzanine, leaving a smell of cigar smoke. Staff also say the freight elevator stops at the 15th floor, where he lived, without being called.
