The story
The hotel occupies the 1920 former Lexington Clinic, and its ghosts are believed to be former patients. Guests describe a little girl called Annie laughing and moving dolls on the third floor, a joking male spirit named John and a lady in white searching the upper halls, and staff report cold spots in the old basement morgue.
