The story
In October 1998, about fifteen people in different parts of this movie palace said they saw shadowy figures cross the balcony at the same moment, an event written up by ghost author Troy Taylor. Staff report footsteps upstairs and applause in the locked auditorium, and the presence is usually linked to Gust Constan, who ran the Avon for nearly fifty years until 1965.
