The story

Local legend tells of Maggie, a young woman who waited at the 1907 Jameson in the 1920s for a fiance who never came, and who is said to appear at the top of the stairs. Visitors describe hugs, pats on the back, moving silverware and the sounds of a party in the empty saloon, some blamed on a prankster ghost called Ollie.

Visitors. Open (saloon; inn status varies).
