The story
Boise's 1927 movie palace is said to be home to Joe, a projectionist who died of a heart attack climbing to the booth in the 1950s. Staff describe doors opening, lights switching off and a man's laugh in an empty house, and a quieter woman in 1920s dress brings pleasant scents.
