The story
Employees, more than diners, report the apparition of the matriarch of the Gonzalez family, the original 1902 owners, on the staircase linking the two joined houses and at the upstairs windows. In the dining rooms, wine lists are said to fly off tables with no one near, and one worker heard footsteps on the stairs just before leaving for the night.
