The story
Opened in 1913, the theater is billed as the oldest original single-screen movie house still operating in the United States. Its best-known spirit is said to be former owner Ralph Gwynn, who added the landmark tower, and guests describe an older gentleman who appears in the auditorium and then vanishes.
