The story
Local tradition ties the Padre's ghosts to a 1950s fire on the seventh floor and to falls from the roof in the hotel's early years. Guests describe children's voices and giggling on the upper floors, and staff point visitors to a small child's handprint sealed under the varnish of a wooden pillar in the coffee shop.
Visitors. Open to the public (hotel; lobby, restaurant and bars open to non-guests).
