The story
Built in 1928 as a memorial to men killed in World War I, the auditorium is said by tour guides to have a soldier in period uniform keeping watch near the entrance. Guides also talk about a woman in white near the stage and a patron said to have died during a Nutcracker performance, though no record of that death has been found.
