The story
The ghost of the old Carnegie Library is called Ralph, a name staff say came from a Ouija session after a library worker felt her sweater tugged in the empty basement in 1972. Later reports included footsteps on empty floors, doors swinging shut on calm days, 'Ralph' found written in blue chalk on a classroom board and lights that kept turning back on in a locked room.
