The story

An Ohlone story tells of a woman in dark robes who touched a rock here and brought forth healing water, a vision the Bernal family linked to Santa Teresa. A later legend says a young woman named Dottie drowned herself in the spring after killing her parents, and that unseen hands still try to pull visitors in from the edge.
