The story
Julia Morgan's 1930 'Little Castle' has long, dim, vaulted corridors that overnight guests say make it hard to sleep, with unexplained night sounds and the feeling of company in empty rooms. Writer L. John Harris stayed for a month in 2015 and his journal, published by Berkeleyside as a 'haunted summer' diary, is the closest thing the building has to a running account of its nights.
Visitors. Hotel rooms and Morgan's Bar open to the public; club spaces members-only.
