The story

Caretaker and entertainer Kai 'Speedy' Skounberg was shot to death in his trailer on Heritage Square in 1981, a case never solved. Ghost tours credit him with figures near the main staircase, doors locking and unlocking on their own, and warmth from fireplaces sealed for decades.

Visitors. Open to the public (guided tours; admission fee).
