The story
Begun in 1909 as housing for mining company executives, this Brewery Gulch boarding house is where miner Nat Anderson was shot dead at the top of the stairs in 1920. A second widely told shooting in 1932 added to its reputation, and the house now runs as a bed and breakfast with overnight ghost-hunt programs.
Visitors. Bed and breakfast; overnight ghost-hunt programs are 18+.
