The story
Guests and housekeepers describe a woman sitting in a rocking chair by the window of Room 305, and the chair turns up by the window after being pushed against the wall. John Wayne reportedly heard knocking and a call of 'room service' outside Room 210, only to open the door to an empty hallway.
