The story

This former University of Arkansas women's dormitory is linked in legend to Ella Carnall, who died of typhoid before it opened, and a headless, footless figure in a ball gown is said to drift through the halls. Staff and guests also report a fire alarm that goes off with no smoke or fault found, along with footsteps.
