The story

On Halloween 1912 Will Oakley shot P.A. Woods inside the Capitol and later escaped custody. Employees say faucets in the restrooms near the old Convict Board offices turn on by themselves, a tale told as Oakley still washing blood from his hands, and an unnamed woman in period dress has also been reported.
