The story
Staff at this lumber baron's mansion smell pipe smoke on the first-floor landing, which they connect to C.F. Yawkey's well-known habit. A book of poetry has turned up in different display spots, and one employee said he heard his name called from the empty basement and then found the door held shut against him.
