The story
The owner of this downtown store blames 'Eddie', thought to be an employee or regular from the building's J.C. Penney days, for door alarms that trip by themselves, basement boxes that get moved, and footsteps below when he's alone. A local paranormal group also links the building to Prohibition-era activity and includes it on its ghost tour.
