The story
Below the school lay Old Woman's Gulch, home to fishermen's widows who were evicted when it was filled in 1910 for the Stadium Bowl, one reportedly refusing to leave until mud poured through her door. A woman in black is seen briefly near the foot of the bluff before vanishing.
