The story
Guests in Room 301 report voices, others hear footsteps on the roof, and ballroom doors open and shut on their own. One story tells of a child's footprints found in the middle of a freshly painted hall with no tracks leading to them, and Room 208 is tied to a Lutheran pastor who died on the site in 1859.
