The story
Much of the lore here traces to a 1928 fire and stampede. People report a touch on the shoulder in the seats, applause in an empty auditorium and a man dressed as a cowboy, and a guide credited a child spirit when something like popcorn landed in a reporter's shirt by the concession stand.
