The story
Minerva Fox Stilley, who built this house with her husband in 1861, is the glowing woman in period dress that guides and visitors say they have seen inside and on the grounds. Other reports include wet footprints on dry days and whiffs of tobacco and flowers in closed rooms, and This Old House once named it one of America's most haunted homes.
