The story

Staff have long noticed reports of a woman's silhouette in an upper window of the historic Barton House, and the center's curator confirmed awareness of the stories when asked by Ghost Texas. Visitors walking between the old structures alone also describe footsteps behind them.

Visitors. Open to the public (free admission).
