The story
The hotel says its stories come from more than 300 investigations and names several regulars: 'Jessica', a woman in white on the stairs linked to the old brothel's madam; 'Andrew', a seven-year-old who pulls hair and rattles doorknobs; and 'Billy', who haunts the upstairs corner where a hanging took place and is said to dislike men.
