The story
The theater's resident ghost is Mary, a girl of about 12 in an old-fashioned dress who favors mezzanine seat C-5. She is blamed for organ music, singing, running in the aisles and doors opening on their own, and the theater's president has told of a prop dollhouse that vanished backstage and reappeared in the balcony.
