The story
The pizzeria occupies the old Merchant Hotel lobby above the Shanghai Tunnels, and its best-known resident is Nina, a woman said to have been thrown down the hotel's elevator shaft more than a century ago. She has been reported in a black dress in the dining room, and staff describe taps on the shoulder downstairs when no one is there.
