The story
Staff in this former 1927 post office blame a child spirit in the basement restoration studio for thrown paint cups, small marks on carvings, and brooms that vanished and reappeared months later. Upstairs, where federal offices once were, witnesses describe footsteps and a figure believed to be a custodian said to have died on the job.
