The story
The theater's best-known ghost is Clarissa, said to have fallen from a balcony soon after the 1928 opening, who appears as a pale woman in white with a scent of lilac. She is said to show up most when someone breaks the rules, especially by smoking inside, and a stagehand named Oscar is also part of the lore.
