The story
Morris County Parks hosts ticketed paranormal nights at this telegraph-birthplace estate with a local investigation group, centered on the Vail House. The programs draw on the 1833 LeBlanc murders, when a hired hand killed farmer Samuel Sayre, his wife and their servant Phoebe at the nearby Sayre house.
Visitors. Open to the public (county museum; ticketed paranormal evenings).
